returns procedure

• All items to be returned must be in good condition and contain all accessories, packaging and instructional materials as originally shipped.
• Include a copy of your invoice or packing list inside the box to insure proper credit to your account. 
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid directly to our warehouse and be clearly marked with your original order number (or RA#/Return Authorization#) on the shipping label:

• You must include your original order number (or RA#) on the address label or on the outside of the box near the address.
• Returned items must be post marked within 30 days upon shipment of your hammY from hammY inc. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.  All shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Special order items, non-stocked items, custom or modified items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Please allow 5-10  business days after we receive the return for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. 
• Once we have processed your credit you will be emailed a credit invoice.

• If any of the above conditions are not met, hammY inc. reserves the right either to refuse the return or charge a higher restocking fee.
